Care Solutions Australia is a private service and is not a government-funded Support at Home provider. Where your registered Support at Home provider agrees to a self-managed third-party arrangement, Care Solutions Australia may be able to provide agreed workers and services through that provider.
Your registered provider remains responsible for approving and overseeing services provided using your Support at Home funding.

Care Solutions Australia is led by Elizabeth Machado RN, BN, MMgt (Community Management), MACN, a Registered Nurse with more than 35 years’ experience across nursing, aged care, community care, complex case management, clinical governance, education and leadership.
But qualifications only tell part of the story. Elizabeth has spent decades helping people and families when care becomes complicated — listening, assessing, advocating, coordinating and finding a way forward.
